Built in 1937. Rebuilt for creators.
Opened in 1937 as the Ritz Theatre, a single-screen Art Deco movie house, The Miracle Inglewood is the oldest theater in Inglewood. After decades of reinvention and fifteen years of silence, Owen Smith and Mariana Weber Smith bought the building in 2016 and brought it back to life seat by seat.
Owen has spent 25 years in entertainment production, including twelve seasons running technical production on American Idol. Mariana began her career at Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires. Together they turned a landmark into downtown Inglewood's creative engine — and The Miracle Studios is its production arm.
