Frequently asked

Answers before you book

Rates, permits, crew, gear, capacities and load-in — the questions producers actually ask us. If yours is not here, send it over and we will answer it straight.

Production and crew

What can I produce at The Miracle?

Podcasts and talk shows, live streams and broadcasts, video and photo shoots, screenings and premieres, comedy and music tapings, brand activations, corporate and private events.

The building holds both a full production studio and a 600-capacity stage, so a shoot and the show it feeds can happen in the same place, on the same day.

Logistics and access

Do I need a film permit to shoot here?

No. The Miracle sits in an entertainment-zoned block in downtown Inglewood, so productions shoot inside the building without pulling a city film permit.

It is one of the main reasons crews book us: no permit office, no lead time, no street closure paperwork for anything that stays on our property.

Booking and rates

How much does it cost to book the studio?

Rates depend on which space you need, how many days, and how much of the production we are running for you. A one-camera podcast day and a full multi-camera broadcast with crew are very different numbers, so we quote rather than publish a rate card.

Tell us what you are producing and we come back with a written quote, usually within a business day.

How do I book?

Send us the booking inquiry form on this site, or email contact@themiracleinglewood.com.

The more you can tell us up front - dates, what you are shooting, crew size, whether you need audience seating - the faster we can confirm availability and price.

The building

Which spaces can I book?

Six rooms across one 20,000 sq ft campus on Market Street:

  • The Theater - main stage, up to 600
  • The Mezzanine - speakeasy and lounge, 110
  • The Backyard - open-air stage, 200
  • The Lobby and M Bar - Art Deco bar, 75
  • The Wing - 10,000 sq ft flex building, 400
  • Market Street - block party, up to 3,000

You can book one or take the whole campus. See all six, with floor plans, on the spaces page.

Production and crew

Is the gear included, or do I bring my own?

The house rig is already in the building and comes with the room: DiGiCo and Midas audio consoles, a VUE line array, GrandMA lighting with eight truss positions, Barco projection onto a 23 by 13 foot screen, and a Blackmagic control room for switching and recording.

Bring your own package if you prefer, or add specific gear and we will source it. The full rider is on the technical package page.

Production and crew

Do you provide crew, or do I bring mine?

Either. We can run the whole production - producer, camera, audio, lighting, front of house - or hand you the keys and support the team you already have.

Most clients land somewhere in between: their director and talent, our room and our technicians. Tell us what you are bringing and we will fill the gaps.

Production and crew

What is the power and internet situation?

200-amp three-phase power on site, and dedicated symmetrical fiber for live streams, remote clients and cloud workflows. Additional circuits can be provisioned on request for larger broadcasts.

If you are streaming or sending a feed out, tell us the destination early and we will test the path before your date.

Events and audience

Can you serve alcohol at my event?

Yes. The Miracle holds a Type 47 liquor license and runs its own bar service from the Art Deco M Bar in the lobby and the speakeasy lounge on the mezzanine.

The venue is all ages. Legal drinking age is 21 and it is strictly enforced.

Events and audience

Can I hold a ticketed or private event, not just a shoot?

Yes. Concerts, premieres, comedy nights, screenings, brand activations, private parties and full block parties on Market Street have all happened here.

Because we run production in the same building, the event and its broadcast, livestream or content capture can be handled by one team.

Logistics and access

Where are you, and what is nearby?

226 South Market Street, Inglewood, CA 90301 - downtown Inglewood, in the heart of the entertainment district.

  • 0.8 mi to the Kia Forum
  • 1.4 mi to SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park
  • 1.7 mi to the Intuit Dome
  • 4.3 mi to LAX

Which makes us a straightforward base for anything built around a game, a fight, a festival or a flight.

The building

How big is the main stage?

The stage is 38 feet wide by 24 feet deep, under 24 to 26 foot ceilings, in a 1937 Art Deco room that seats 400 and holds 600 standing.

Eight truss positions and two 30-foot trusses are already rigged, so most builds go in without additional structure.

Logistics and access

Is there parking and load-in access?

There is street parking on and around Market Street plus several lots within walking distance. Valet can be arranged for larger events.

Load-in differs by space, so tell us the size of your truck or cart run when you inquire and we will walk you through the route and timing for your date.

Booking and rates

How far ahead should I book?

Sooner is better, especially around marquee weekends in Inglewood - NBA All-Star, the World Cup, the Super Bowl and the 2028 Olympics all land within a couple of miles of us.

That said, a straightforward podcast or single-camera day can often be turned around on short notice. Ask, even if the date is close.

Still have a question?

Tell us what you are producing. You will get a real answer, not a brochure.
