Main Stage
The 1937 auditorium, restored seat by seat. A raked red-seat house, a full proscenium stage and the lighting, audio and truss already hanging. Concerts, tapings, comedy, screenings and premieres — with the control room one flight away.

The Mezz
A timber-trussed mezzanine above the house: string lights, deep sofas, a live feed of the stage and its own bar. Green room for talent, VIP room on premiere nights, or a private party that never touches the main floor.

Backyard Stage
An outdoor patio and stage behind the theater, strung with lights and served by its own bar. Comedy nights, DJ sets, brand activations and wrap parties under the LA sky.

Lobby & M Bar
The Art Deco lobby, teal walls and the gold Miracle inlay set into the floor, with a full bar along one side. Box office and red-carpet arrivals by day, reception and after-party by night.

The Wing
The building next door: 10,000 raw square feet that dress into anything. Gala dinners, brand activations, pop-up retail, community dinners, rehearsal space and full production build-outs.

Market Street
With a city permit the block in front of the theater becomes the stage. Block parties, outdoor concerts and premieres that start on the red carpet and spill into the street — as HBO did for Insecure.
